Store use and eligibility

Orders and pricing

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; acceptance occurs when the order is approved for fulfillment. We may cancel or refund an order because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment issues, or legal restrictions. Prices, promotions, shipping, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout and may change for future orders.

Made-to-order production

Most items are produced after purchase. Contact us within 4 hours for a requested change or cancellation, but we cannot guarantee changes after production begins. See our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy for current details.

Shipping and risk

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, and address errors can affect delivery. We will provide reasonable support for a shipment problem, but remedies depend on the facts and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The site’s branding, graphics, text, design, photographs, and original artwork are owned by or licensed to Tshirts I Want and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping only. Reproduction, resale, scraping, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
