Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. To track your order, please go to the Track Order page and enter your ID number and email.
You can cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please contact us with your order ID to submit your request. Our customer support team is here to assist you.
Please note: Your order is only eligible for cancellation or modification within 4 hours of placement. After this period, the order is locked for processing and cannot be cancelled or modified. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If your order includes a variety of products, it’s possible that your items may be processed in different manufacturing streams, resulting in separate shipments. Please be assured that you will only be charged one combined shipping fee for all the items in your order at the time of checkout.
You will receive a shipping notification for each parcel as it is dispatched. Should there be a delay in the arrival of subsequent packages, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our customer support team is ready to assist you promptly.
Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to have items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
